Fat Is an Acid Problem!

Perhaps one of Dr. Young’s most well known discoveries is his theory of the cause of obesity. He has shown that fat is actually an over-acidification problem. What does that mean? The body creates fat cells to carry acids away from your vital organs, so these acids literally don’t choke your organs to death. Fat is saving your life!
Fat is actually a response from the body to an alarming over-acidic condition.

Weight problems can also result from yeast and fungus interfering with the digestion of food. The nutritional deficiencies created can actually trigger your body to pack on extra pounds, in part because you are always hungry. In addition, blood poisoned by mycotoxins goes to the liver to be detoxified - and that added stress distracts the liver from efficiently metabolizing fat and sugar.

A Woman’s Weight Loss Battle:
• She goes on an acidic high protein diet...creating excess acid
• Or she eats a high carbohydrate and low fat diet...creating acid
• She is stressed about losing weight and being perfect on her diet and exercise
plan which creates...acid
• She exercises anaerobicaly...creating more acid
• She decides to take “appetite control” over the counter diet pills creating...more acid
• She drinks coffee or diet soda for energy because she is literally starving her
cells of needed nutrients...creating acid

By alkalizing the fluids of her body, she will create an environment where
her fat cells become expendable.
All of the excess acids in her body are stored in her fat cells to protect her health.
No matter how hard she tries, her body protects itself by not letting go of its fat.
By alkalizing the fluids of her body, she will create an environment where her
fat cells become expendable.

What about an Underweight Problem?
At the other end of the health spectrum, the yeast and fungus produced within an overly acidic body can feed on your nutrients and reduce the chemical and mechanical absorption of everything you eat by as much as 50%. This causes many people to become excessively thin, which is no healthier than becoming overweight.

Without protein, your body cannot rebuild new tissues or produce enzymes, hormones, or hundreds of other chemical components necessary for cell energy and organ activity. Fatigue, illness, and body weight changes are the results. An underweight person may loose a little more weight as their body chemistry stabilizes. As their body normalizes, they will begin to reach their ideal weight.
Healthy bodies are not overweight or underweight.
A healthy body naturally maintains its own ideal weight.
